A workaround process for ePrescribe is now in place

If you are having issues using ePrescribe, please use the following workaround process for now:

1. Enter the discharge medication into Epic and sign
2. Script may print on regular paper; if this occurs, write “void" across the paper and place in the confidential/shred bin
3. Handwrite script and give to patient

Please share this information as appropriate with your staff, department or location.

We will provide an update when the issue is resolved.
