Important Milestone in Employment Transition to Aspirus

Throughout the weeks of May 31-June 4 and June 14-18, representatives from Aspirus Human Resources will be visiting all Ascension sites transitioning to Aspirus to meet individually with employees to complete the I-9 verification process and take employee’s photo for their Aspirus ID Badge.

The I-9 Form verifies an individual’s eligibility to work in the United States. Completion of this process is a requirement for becoming employed by Aspirus at close. Individuals are required to provide identification as noted on page 3 of the I-9 Form to complete the verification process.

2. Gather your appropriate documentation.
3. Stop in at any of the locations during the times noted in the schedule to complete the I-9 verification and have your badge photo taken.
