The Aspirus Revenue Cycle Business Analytics Team will be providing WebEx support in addition to the rounding, at the elbow contractor and Aspirus support for patient access staff in the clinics and hospitals.

Additional support times have been added on the following dates and times:

Monday, December 13: 7a-5p
Tuesday, December 14: 7a-5p
Wednesday, December 15: 7a-5p

The support is for the following Epic functions.

  • Scheduling
  • Check in
  • Admit
  • Templates
  • Referral/Auth
  • Copay/payment collection and end of day balancing
  • Bed planning/transfer center
  • Anything patient access related
