Systems Integration: What’s Next?
The Aspirus site migration project is approximately 99% complete. We will continue to accomplish this project, site by site.
Cattails Access:
Cattails will no longer be accessible to you via Ascension Citrix as of August 1. HIM staff and select individuals at each site have been given access to Cattails through the external Marshfield Clinic Cattails site. Please see this tip sheet on how to access the site for those who have been preapproved. Pre-approved users should have already received an email directly from Marshfield with their username and password. It is recommended to try and login as soon as possible to assure access before July 29.
Ascension Infrastructure Disconnection on Sunday, July 31
On Sunday evening, July 31 at 11:59PM, Ascension IT resources will apply final network changes to block traffic and access to Ascension-owned systems. These changes will not impact applications and supporting workstations accounted for the in TSA Extension, primarily Radiology applications.
Network Cutover Issues
A reminder that Issues Status Updates will be provided on the Transition Microsite on the Go Live Page.
If you encounter an issue following the 7/31 cutover, please check the Issues Status Updates for the latest information. If your issue is not listed, please contact the Aspirus Service Desk at: 715-847-2300 or ext. 72300 to open an IT support ticket. There is a dedicated team of IT resources available to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported.
Non-Migrated Devices
As of Monday, July 18, any device that has not been migrated will be frozen and a message will be displayed upon log in that the user needs to contact the Aspirus IT Service Desk to schedule a time for migration. If you have a device and know that it will no longer be in use, please contact the Aspirus IT Service Desk to make the necessary arrangements for collection of the device.

If your workstation has been migrated, access to the On Call Schedule can be located through the Ascension Citrix.
