Systems Integration Week of July 4

The Aspirus site migration project is approximately 93% complete. We will continue to accomplish this project, site by site.

Help Needed to Locate Unmigrated Workstations
As we continue down the home stretch of the systems integration project, Aspirus IT needs your help in locating several workstations that have yet to be migrated.

It is important to locate these devices so they can be migrated to the Aspirus network or taken out of service if they are no longer being used. Many of these have not been logged into for some time.

As of Friday, July 1, here is the list of devices that need to be located

Starting Tuesday, July 5, any device on this list will be frozen and a message will be displayed upon log in that the user needs to contact the Aspirus IT Service Desk to schedule a time for migration.

If you have one of these devices and know that it will no longer be in use, please contact the Aspirus IT Service Desk to make the necessary arrangements for collection of the device.

Updated Site Migration Event Schedule

Important: Make sure any files located on Ascension home drives are moved to Aspirus home drives prior to the workstation migration in your area. This means items should be in the O: or Y: drives while using Tablacus Explorer. You will not have access to any of the legacy drive locations once your workstation is migrated. More information is available in this Tip Sheet.

REMINDERs
Once your workstation is migrated, users will log in using your Aspirus credentials and will access any remaining legacy Ascension apps through Citrix.
Also at this time, Aspirus IT will officially take over management and support of your workstation.
