Transfer of Associate Information
On Tuesday May, 18 transitioning associates received their welcome or offer letters from Aspirus. While the majority of associates' information was uploaded correctly and were able to acknowledge their offers or information, a few questions did arise. Below is an update on some of the specific themes identified and next steps.
Concern |
Action/Resolution |
Incorrect data within the following GHR fields for some associates: Direct Deposit, Service Date and Location |
RESOLUTION: A joint Aspirus/Ascension team is working to correct the discrepancies in GHR by the end of the week (5/21/21). Associates should proceed with the acknowledgement in GHR as long as the FTE and rate of pay are correct. Once the corrected data is loaded, associates will be able to review the updated information in GHR when logging in. |
Information such as W-4/Tax Withholding Details and Credential Data are missing, or set to a default |
RESOLUTION: This information will be loaded at a later date. Associates should proceed with the acknowledgment in GHR as long as the FTE and rate of pay are correct. |
Associate is on PTO and is unable to complete the Acknowledgement process in GHR by 5/21/21 |
ACTION: If you are on PTO and unable to complete the acknowledgement within GHR you’ll be able to complete upon return. Aspirus will be running regular reports to identify and follow up with those who haven’t completed this step. |
Associate will be on PTO during the Open Enrollment Process (5/24/21-6/2/21) |
ACTION: You will be able to complete open enrollment upon your return. However, you do need to do it immediately upon return as it may delay the receipt of your benefits cards. |
Associates without a transitioning leader |
When you access the Aspirus system you may see that you are assigned to an Aspirus Manager or an Aspirus Human Resources Business Partner. If this is the case, introductions and further communications will be provided to you prior to July 1, 2021. |
Transitioning associate did not receive an offer/welcome letter |
Based on the date the most recent associate list was run, some associates may not have been loaded (i.e. new hires or recent transition decisions) for Tuesday's distribution. Those associates are being identified and will receive their letters by early next week. |
