Update on Billing Questions or Issues

As of the end of April, Ascension/R1 has now transitioned the Meditech and Athena billing accounts over to Aspirus.

The Aspirus Revenue Cycle is now the point of contact for any patient questions about bills or statements and have asked that we direct our patients directly to them.

We should no longer be directing patients to contact R1 or Ascension for any billing questions.

Patients can contact the Financial Care Center by phone, through their MyAspirus account or if they have paperwork, they can email: revenuecycle-aspirusinc-financialcarecenter@aspirus.org
