W2 Important Information

W2’s that are in GHR for some Legacy Ascension locations have the Ascension name still on them. This is correct!

Even though the W2 that is in GHR, has Ascension’s name on it, it is for the Aspirus income earned after their specific acquisition date. According to payroll, the government has not returned the legal documents with the updated Aspirus names yet, and because the wages were reported under the legacy Ascension name(s) that is the name that needs to appear on wage reporting W2 documents.

The W2 located in GHR does not have any wages earned prior to the employee’s acquisition date with Ascension.

Employees will still be receiving a separate W2 from Ascension for their wages earned prior to their specific acquisition date. At this time, we have no information how this will be delivered. 

Employees can access their electronic W2 by accessing Citrix and opening a web browser platform such as Microsoft Edge:

In the Quick Links on the left select the link for GHR and then the link to log in.
1. Logging into Infor GHR. (same username and password to log into Citrix/EPIC)
2. Clicking on the “Pay” tile on the main screen.
3. On the next page, in the blue bar at the top, click on “Additional Pay Resources”.
4. Then select “Web Checks”.
5. You may be prompted to log in again. (same username and password to log into Citrix/EPIC)
6. On the left side of the screen you will see “My ElecW2”.
7. Click on the magnifying glass to view and print the document.
