What to do if you have no cellular device for two-factor authentication
If you do not have a cellular device to use for two-factor authentication, please call the Aspirus Welcome line at 715-843-1180 and press 1 to provide your home address to the Aspirus Service Desk Agent. We will then send you a security hardware device called a Fob that will provide codes to use for logging in to the system. You can complete your validation and benefit enrollment once you have received the Fob.
