Iron River Native Amber Heuss, APNP, PMHNP, Joins Aspirus Health

Aspirus Iron River Clinic proudly welcomes Certified Nurse Practitioner Amber Heuss, APNP, PMHNP, to its team of primary care providers. Heuss specializes in comprehensive, preventative care for families, prioritizing long-term health and wellness for all members.

Heuss earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK., and earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from UW Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Heuss is a familiar face in the Iron River community and at Aspirus having worked as a nurse practitioner at Aspirus Eagle River. "I’m excited to contribute to the health and well-being of residents in the Upper Peninsula. With a strong focus on managing chronic conditions, women's health, mental health, and preventive care, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for all,” said Heuss. Heuss has a passion for family medicine and is eager to improve access to care through both acute, same-day and preventative visits.
