What is the treatment like and how long does it take?
- VI Peels are performed in the office.
- The treatment area is cleansed.
- Dermaplaning is performed on the treatment area, which is included in the cost of the peel.
- The chemical peel is applied to the treatment area
- The entire process will take around 30 minutes.
Is there any downtime?
There is no downtime with the VI Peel but you will need to carefully follow the aftercare instructions. It will take about three to five days for you skin to start peeling and then another couple of days for the peeling to resolve. It is also important that you wear sunblock during the day.
