Ab Attack
Devote time to focus on flattening and sculpting your midsection. Class includes a variety of exercises and equipment.
Barre
Combines Yoga, Pilates, and classical ballet barre work to build strength, power, and flexibility. Use light weights, body weight, and props to build a strong core and target your entire body.
BodyPump™
A barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! BODYPUMP™ is one of the fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
Cardio HIIT:
Alternating intervals of higher intensity cardio & lower strength and/or core segments. All levels welcome with modifications.
Cardio Party:
An exhilarating cardio workout to favorite radio hits with easy to follow moves from hi-lo aerobics, Latin, and cardio kick. Core sculpting rounds out this total body party. All levels welcome with modifications.
Chair Yoga
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses (no floor exercises). Chair support is offered to safely perform postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

Cycling
High intensity, low impact workout utilizing stationary bikes. Improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning while cycling to motivating music.
Fit N Flow Yoga
Gently transition from one pose to another connecting breath, movement, and mind. This slow-moving meditation improves mobility and range of motion, builds flexibility, and calms the mind to reduce stress. Perfect for all fitness levels.
HIIT Cycling
Low impact, high intensity interval training utilizing stationary bikes with more intense workout options!
Meditation
Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and allows you to get a more relaxed and sound sleep. Through meditation you can notice your body and mind more easily let go of daily stressors and challenges. Suitable for all levels.
Seated Yoga & Meditation
Come to experience yoga and meditation all from your chair! All levels welcome.
Tone & Stretch
Suitable for beginners looking to improve balance and increase strength in an easy to follow format. Chairs will be used for the majority of the class.
Total Body Ball
Strengthen your core and more, improve your balance, and have fun on the ball! We'll sit, stand, lean, and lay on the stability balls and add weights or bands for a total body workout. All levels welcome. Modifications given.
TRX®
In a TRX® class you will use body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This well-rounded class utilizes intervals to keep you moving at a quick pace and provide the ultimate total-body workout.
Vinyasa Flow
Link standing poses through Sun Salutations followed by hip openers and spinal twists in this fun yoga class. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a well-rounded practice that includes both strength and flexibility.
Yinyasa
A yoga class that combines Vinyasa Flow with Restorative Yoga. Expect long deep stretches and Yin postures that work on opening connective tissue and deeply stored tension in the body. Excellent for beginners and for athletes looking for a calming, deep stretch followed by a lengthy relaxation..
Zumba®
A fusion of Latin, hip hop, and international music dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.
Water-Based Classes
Aqua Flow
This warm water pool class combines slow, fluid movements with similar postures found in yoga, Pilates, and Tai chi to increase flexibility, enhance balance, & reduce stress in the mind & body. All levels.
Aqua Wave
This class is designed to tone and sculpt your body with minimal impact to your joints. This water workout is a blend of cardio, strength, and stretching exercises that incorporates resistance tools such as buoyant water dumb bells, kickboards and noodles.
Aqua HIIT
Easy to follow cardio intervals of timed work & rest followed by some noodle and/or buoy favorites for a total body workout. All levels welcome.
