Membership at La Vita is available to anyone age 12 and older and enrollment is easy.

*La Vita’s term for membership is month–to–month through automatic payment deduction. Enrollment fee applies each time a new membership is activated or re-activated after termination, including add-on members. Add-on members must live in the same household as the main member. Members may freeze their account for three consecutive months every 12 month period for $10/member/month. Membership change requests must to submitted by the 15th of the month prior to month of requested change. For more details on membership terms, please speak with one of our membership representatives.
