Provider Membership Options
There are currently two membership options offered by Aspirus Network:
1) Clinically Integrated Network (CIN)
Closely aligned, preferred partner who is actively engaged with the Network and commits time and resources to the success of the Network. Member plays a key role as we move to population health management by providing a high value to the patients we serve.
Requirements: Participation with ALL Aspirus Network contracted payors, including eligibility for participation in Wisconsin Medicaid HMO plans, if desired. There are general requirements that must be met to participate in the ANI Clinically Integrated Network, including, but not limited to, participation in the ANI Clinical Value Program (CVP). CIN members are eligible for incentives and participate in risk-based contracting. CIN members can also participate in ANI governance.
2) Affiliate Network
ANI partners with dedicated practices to fill gaps for narrow network (Aspirus Health Plan and ANI direct agreements) needs.
Requirements: Participation ONLY with our local employer sponsored payors and Aspirus Health Plan, which offer benefit steerage to a narrow network of Aspirus Network providers. Minimal requirements must be met to participate in the ANI Affiliate Network. Affiliate Network members do not participate in the ANI Clinical Value Program and are not eligible for incentive payments.
