COVID-19 Vaccinations
As of September 13, 2023, an updated COVID-19 vaccine is approved for use by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that replaces all previous boosters and bivalent vaccines.
All community members age 6 months+ are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine per WI and MI DHS guidance. COVID-19 vaccines manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna are authorized for anyone age 6 months or older.

Ages 6 months-18 years: Children, adolescents and teens need parental consent to receive the vaccine and a parent or guardian must be present at the time of vaccination.
*You need "proxy access" within MyAspirus to schedule appointments for your child. If your child is not a current Aspirus patient or established in your MyAspirus account, it is best to utilize our call center to schedule their appointment.
Veterans: If you are a veteran enrolled with a VA health facility for your care, are encouraged to receive your COVID-19 vaccination through your VA facility. Your VA will not cover the cost of your COVID-19 vaccine if it is received from a non-VA facility. Veterans in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula can call 906-774-3300 (ext. 331155) to speak to a scheduler.
