Optometry

Optometrists specialize in the examination, diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases, injuries and problems with the eye and associated structures. They are trained to prescribe and fit lenses that improve vision, as well as diagnose and treat an array eye diseases and problems.

Ophthalmology

Ophthalmologists specialize in the anatomy and diseases of the eye. They provide medical and surgical care for conditions related to the eye.

Eye Surgery

Eye surgery is typically performed by an ophthalmologist. Some common types of eye surgeries include:
