Aspirus Medford to Host “Wound Care Solutions” on March 4

(Medford, WI)- Aspirus Medford Hospital and Clinic recently launched a new expanded Wound Care program to provide direct local access to appropriate wound care and treatment which are important to avoid serious complications. A wound can turn into serious infections such as cellulitis or sepsis without proper care.

Community members dealing with persistent wounds or those interested in learning more about wound care are encouraged to attend a free community education program: “Wound Care Solutions” on Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m.

This event, presented by Haley Erl, DNP, CWCN-AP, will provide valuable insights into wound management, treatment options, and the collaborative efforts required to promote healing.

Wound Care Solutions will be held in the Community Education Room at Aspirus Medford Hospital, 135 South Gibson Street. Light refreshments will be provided.
