Aspirus to Hold Community Education Program: Menopause Facts and Options

(Portage, WI)-  Aspirus Health will hold its latest in a series of Community Education Programs in Portage on Thursday, February 20. 

Menopause Facts and Options will provide information on what to expect, symptoms and treatment options and will feature Rebecca England, M.D., FACOG, an OB/GYN Specialist at Aspirus Portage Clinic. 

“This program is designed to be an informative and empowering session for women focused on understanding menopause and navigating this life stage with confidence,” said England. “We will focus on practical knowledge and resources to help participants make informed decisions if they are currently experiencing menopause or want to prepare for the future.”

Topics covered will include:
What to expect during menopause
Common symptoms and how they may impact your daily life
Prescription treatment options to manage symptoms
Alternative approaches, including lifestyle changes, supplements, and holistic remedies

The program will be held from 5:30 – 6: 30 p.m. at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital and Clinic Conference Room A, 2817 New Pinery Road. 

This is a free program, but advanced registration is requested by calling 608.745.3868 between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
