Our summer internship program provides not only exposure to work and mentorship in both their assigned Aspirus department but also working collaboratively with a cross-functional intern team. Weekly education series and social events with your intern team connect you within Aspirus and the greater Wausau community.
Program Highlights:
- 12-week paid internship.
- Orientation and development kick-off to start developing relations with the intern team.
- Cohorted intern team project.
- End-of-summer culminating event and presentation.
- Weekly education series allowing interns to learn about healthcare and Aspirus.
- Intern team social events.
Program Eligibility/Requirements:
- Interest in continuing a career in the healthcare industry.
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution.
- Targeting one year or less from graduation.
- Enrollment in coursework or degree relevant to department of interest.
