Visitor Guidelines
As of May 1, 2023, visitor guidelines at our clinics and hospital inpatient units across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan have returned to pre-COVID-19 status.
- Masks are optional at Aspirus facilities.
- The number of patient visitors is not restricted unless necessary in specific situations related to patient care or safety.
- Visiting hours will be observed. Please note that visiting hours and business hours may vary by Aspirus location.
Aspirus reminds community members to be considerate when visiting loved ones in a hospital or clinic setting. Individuals with active symptoms of respiratory illness are encouraged to stay home unless they are seeking care.
Visiting COVID-19 Patients
Aspirus Health may limit visitation for patients who are positive with COVID-19. All interested visitors should coordinate potential visits with their loved one's care team and understand the full expectations of any visit.
Aspirus will continually monitor COVID-19 activity, vaccination rates and the latest guidance from public health for any future considerations related to visitors.
Aspirus appreciates the continued cooperation of its visitors, patients, associates and providers to support infection control efforts and help minimize the spread of respiratory infections and COVID-19.
All community members can continue to utilize Aspirus for any COVID-related health needs, including vaccination and testing for which appointments can be made through the MyAspirus online patient portal or mobile app. The Aspirus COVID-19 call center also remains available at 1-844-568-0701 or 715-843-1454.
