At Aspirus hospitals and clinics, we strive to make your experience as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The safety of our patients, visitors and care teams is always our top priority.

We believe that the presence of loved ones plays a vital role in your recovery and overall health. While we encourage visits, there may be times when limitations are necessary based on a number of factors.

General Guidelines

• Masks are optional at Aspirus facilities. Masks are available at all locations for anyone who wants them.
• The number of patient visitors is not restricted unless necessary in specific situations related to patient care or safety.
• Visiting hours will be observed. Please note that visiting hours and business hours may vary by Aspirus location.
• Individuals with active symptoms of respiratory illness are encouraged to stay home unless they are seeking care.

Aspirus reminds community members to be considerate when visiting loved ones in a hospital or clinic setting.

COVID-19 Guidelines

• Aspirus Health may limit visitation for patients who are positive with COVID-19. All interested visitors should coordinate potential visits with their loved one's care team and understand the full expectations of any visit.
• Aspirus continually monitors COVID-19 activity and the latest guidance from public health for any future considerations related to visitors.
