Bill Taylor Wins Aspirus Riverview DAISY Award

Congratulations to William Taylor, winner of Aspirus Riverview's quarterly DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. Bill is a registered nurse in the hospital’s intensive care unit and was nominated by the grateful child of a patient, who wrote:

Bill‘s dedication and compassion showed brightly as he cared for my stubborn father. Beyond his clinical duties, Bill went the extra mile, ensuring our family understood every test and its significance and alleviating our anxieties. His infectious humor not only lifted my dad‘s spirits, but also brought moments of laughter amidst the seriousness of the situation. Bill took the time to help Dad with his grooming, providing a small but significant boost to his morale through his exceptional care. Bill facilitated a breakthrough in our family dynamics, helping us comprehend the gravity of adhering to medical advice, as Dad likes to do his own thing.
