Appointments

If you are referred to Aspirus Cardiology from another medical office, the referring physician's office will forward all necessary medical information and call our office to schedule an appointment on your behalf. Our scheduling staff will obtain your medical history, to assure that the provider will have all necessary information at the time of your appointment.

If you do not have a referral, please contact your primary care provider, or, you may call our office and speak with a nurse navigator for assistance. No appointments can be scheduled until symptoms are assessed by an RN to determine how soon the new patient should be seen. When this is complete, a scheduler will then call to set up an appointment.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a 24 hour advanced notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in a $25 missed appointment fee. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance carrier and payment is expected at the time of your next scheduled appointment.
