What is Memory Care?
A person is evaluated for memory loss by:
- Psychological Testing
- Interview with the family/significant other
- Discussion with a Physician with recommendations for treatment
- Lab work and MRI if needed
All results and recommendations are sent to your Family Medicine Provider. A visit includes a:
- Medical history
- Brief Neuropsychological Screening
- Assessment at:
- Safety
- Behavior
- Emotions
- Performance of daily tasks
- Financial & legal issues
- Family Stress
